What is the return policy?
In the rare event for incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7 business days returns policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
- Customer will be responsible for any costs associated with the return of the item.
- This returns policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-refundable on www.nanoblock.com.sg.
All returns will be reviewed first by nanoblock Singapore and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
- Replacing the product with a new item of the same model, or
- Full refund in store credits, or
- Refund in cash less credits (If applicable).
How can i cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
As we strive to process and ship your order to you as soon as possible, we regret that it is not possible for us to change or cancel your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. You may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you proceed with your order and payment, make a quick check to ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction.
